Don't know what to say, but cuil search engine needs something to differentiate itself, unless it is target to be bough by microsoft.
In the days of social network application a social search may help cuil to have some add on value. The concept is still not clear to me, maybe you log to a group and all search done under this group are availble to the users of the group. This enables common knowledge gathering to a group. So it may like del.ic.us but for group searching. There are other meaning as can be shown at the result from cuil search engine itself:

In his painting reappears motif of relationship between pairs: man and women, father and his daughter, child and his musical instrument, using symbolic heart look alike and colors to show cross feeling between couples. In his painting, he mixes naive painting with symbolism of feeling, like a red yellow sun, snake on a tree, mysterious shrew and card symbols, hidden heart.
Adi Lev has Master of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering on handwritten recognition from Tel-Aviv University 1988, and a post master from Paris Telecomm 1992. Works in any field of software development and hold a patent on bio tech.
